Even though Google has discontinued support for Nest Secure, we still enjoy using the feature of the Guard dinging when the Detect senses a door has been opened. Unfortunately, while I was away, one of the Detect’s batteries died completely so it was no longer on the network. Do you know of a way to connect it to the network without using the app? Maybe there is a way with just the Guard? We do also have several Nest Protects and two thermostats.

I used wired Logitech large Rollerballs from 2003 to 2021, but the left and right click buttons kept wearing out. I bought the wired Kensington version in Aug 2021 and it has been great and the buttons have not worn out, yet. I only need 3 buttons, left & center & right click. The Back button I hit with fingers frequently and became quit perturbed when it went back, when my fingers touched it. Finally today, I found on my desktop an icon with Kensington on it. I clicked on it and had KensingtonWorks. I changed the top right button to ArrowLeft. Wanted No Action, but not available. It is working much better, than going back to the previous video. Went to Kensington and upgraded to version 3.1.8.

Most times the custom features are over looked, like chop to turn on flash or twist to open the camera app. Sounds un necessary but when you're active or if your hands a dirty of wet, it makes total sense. Dedicated game time app is also worthT noting. hey they could have done a better job with the camera. For $198.00 you can get this phone for less than alot of mid rangers with more power under the hood.

People who like trackballs, love trackballs - but probably shouldn't call video "bye bye to normal mice" trackballs died out in early 90's

Definitely a trackball person, I got one thinking it might be good when I'm out and about only to use it more than the standard mouse when I'm at home.

I use to use one as a kid playing UT2004 and Diablo. Very game-able. Trackball products are awesome.

Have you explored any other trackball products?

they should also offer a digital only version so those who dont have the cartridges they can purchase digital versions of it from the analogue store with ofcourse a license fee to nintendo , but nintendo would never allow other companies to sell their game platforms' games lol , i mean many community fans make mods, remake entire games and get little to no credit, except a copyright takedown notice lol...these developers should be thrilled people love their work so much they wanna improve it

analogue pocket is literally the perfect gameboy nintendo never made lol, now if they can make a model that accepts GB, GBC & GBA tittles with the additions it already has like giving it the display colors of the original gameboy , gameboy pocket , gameboy light, game boy color & gameboy advance n give it an option with a dual screen DS like form factor so that it also supports DS n 3DS titles as well on top of the other gameboy model display color options

Really good review! Breaks each feature down completely and nicely! I was disappointed to find that Fitbit is being phased out, and so far I feel Google Pixel isn't a good alternative. The reason is those basic features like being able to set up my home screen how I want. Also, I'm an adult and I don't need a "smart watch" telling me if I'm stressed, or if I got a good night's sleep! 🙄 I feel like they're concentrating way too much on this nonsense! I want a good fitness watch that tracks food, micronutrients, water, and exercise, as well as being able to sync up with a smartscale, smart foodscale, and other products. If it notifies me of a text message great, but I always have my phone with me anyway, so I don't need it to be a cell phone. Fitbit wasn't broke so why did they feel the need to fix it? 🤷‍♀️

This is completely fucking stupid. It's no more secure than just connecting to their network. You're just adding additional latency.

Thanks for sharing....just picked this up. Great looking and feeling laptop. The cosmic blue with the polished sides is really nice to look at. Im typing this right now on the 9i's keyboard and the keys feel a lot better than a lot of other laptops. Key travel is ample and theres great feedback. It really makes you want to type. I had the Yoga Book which also extremely nice but I think this blends BOTH words for a LOT less.,.. The Yoga Book is $1999......9i $1199...

I use my the video assistant on setting on my Android 11 phone

I just got a TCL 40 NXTPAPER 4G phone. Super fast, great colors, etc. Makes me want to jump from my iPhone 15 Pro... but not quite. The reason I bought it was - for one, it was super cheap at under $200 - to use as an eReader, not as a phone. My disappointment is that using the Kindle app doesn't give you the same eInk look and feel an options of an eInk eReader. It's literally no different than your regular phone. Also, the battery life won't be any different than a phone, even in "e-Ink" mode. I'll keep it as a backup phone and that's about it. If I wasn't on the Apple ecosystem, AND the camera on this thing was much better, then I would switch to it just for the ease of reading the screen in bright sunlight. That's where this thing hits the home run.

Ive been thinking about getting this phone to replace my 8t. How do you feel about it? Mostly want it for music on wired headphones and the sd card slot. Just worried about the mediatek chip
